ListWise is a data analysis and research service. We are NOT a real estate brokerage, property management company, or real estate agent. We do not sell, lease, or manage properties.
All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full credit card information.
Reports are delivered to your email address within 24 hours of payment for single searches. Pro subscribers receive weekly updates.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your report does not meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund your payment in full -- no questions asked.

Monthly Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided for subscription cancellations.
All data provided by ListWise is for informational purposes only. You should verify all information independently before making housing decisions.

All content on ListWise, including but not limited to text, graphics, scoring algorithms, report templates, and website design, is owned by All Day Automations and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the report for your own housing search purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL DAY AUTOMATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
ListWise is committed to the principles of the Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or familial status in any aspect of our service delivery. Our scoring algorithms are based solely on objective, publicly available data and your stated preferences for factors such as commute time, school quality, safety statistics, walkability, and price.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Day Automations, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
